AI in Web Projects.

For companies that want AI as part of their website or application — not a widget beside it, but connected to their own content and data.

Most AI features on websites are a chat window that knows nothing. It answers generic questions but knows neither your catalogue nor your prices nor how you work, and ends up pointing visitors at the contact form anyway. Little effort, correspondingly little value.

We build AI into the application instead: assistants that work on your CMS content and product data, qualify enquiries and take contact details in the conversation rather than referring to a form. Semantic search that finds what was meant, not only what was typed. Knowledge bots that answer from your own documents and cite the source. Built directly into Next.js and Laravel, or as separate services where your data requires it.

We do not only build this, we run it: the assistant on this site is our own work, including the lessons from it — that a language model will confidently invent prices when given none, and that a chat without a connected lead path only produces conversations nobody sees. If your interest is automation away from the website — inbox, CRM, internal processes — our sister site ai-integration.at is the better address.

How we build AI into web projects

01

Use case before model: we establish what your visitors actually ask and whether AI is the best answer to it. Sometimes good search is the cheaper solution.

02

Real data over clever prompts: assistants and search read your CMS, catalogue or documents. Without that connection, any AI feature stays a demo.

03

Defensible limits: we define what a system may speak to and where it hands over to a person. Invented prices or commitments are a liability, not a blemish.

04

Measurable, not decorative: conversations are recorded, qualified enquiries reach your inbox. A feature whose effect nobody sees cannot be improved either.

Common questions about AI in web projects

01.How is this different from an off-the-shelf chatbot?

Off-the-shelf tools know your company only from the text you paste into a field. We connect the assistant to the sources your site already runs on — CMS, product data, documents. It stays current when content changes and can answer questions that go beyond the home page.

02.Will the AI make things up about our company?

It can, if allowed to. That is why the knowledge base matters more than the prompt: a model with no prices on file will supply some. We bound what a system speaks to and have it hand everything else to a person.

03.Is this compatible with GDPR?

Yes, when considered from the start. We work with European providers, record which data the system sees, and settle storage and retention before go-live. Conversation logs containing contact details are personal data and belong in the privacy policy.

04.What does it cost to run?

With today's models the cost per request is a fraction of a cent — for an ordinary company website that is not a meaningful line item. The effort sits in setup: knowledge base, integration, testing. A spend cap at the provider matters, so an open endpoint cannot become a cost problem.

05.Do you also automate away from the website?

Yes, under a different name. Standalone process automation — AI agents in the inbox, CRM integrations, internal workflows — lives on our sister site ai-integration.at. Here on netcreators.io the subject is AI as part of your website or application. If you are unsure where your project belongs, we will work that out in conversation.
